Mode for

This is a blog about all things brass!
We have a fabulous publishing house with catalogues full of music for brass musicians, ensemble and bands and we want to promote brass music and get it heard, so we supply musicians and bands for private, public, corporate and sporting events.
In 2011 we are the official supplier of bands for the RFL 4 Nations Tournament, Super League Grand Final, York Racecourse and QIPCO British Champions Series at Ascot!

Join us at our blog to share your views and discover more about brass music, e-mail us at info@modefor.co.uk or log on to http://www.modeforpublishing.co.uk/ for all our latest music and products

Time to blog again!

Well, it's been such a long time since I wrote something I really should make the effort!
A quick update of where we are up to today; Aside from being bugged by the office cats as we work, we are deeply into organising and managing all the bands and pre-match anthems for the Gillette 4 Nations Rugby League Tournament.
It's a fantastic opportunity for bands to perform in fabulous venues and be heard by millions so we're delighted to bring on board Rainford Band, EYMS, Wrexham Brass, Friary Guildford and our own Ottoni Brass.
Ottoni performed superbly at the Super League Grand Final last week at Old Trafford whilst, last Saturday we supplied Friary Guildford to entertain the crowds at the QIPCO British Champion Series Race Day at Ascot.
They did an awesome job and Mode for, gave excellent service with glowing reviews such as this from James Oldring, the Operations and Events Director at the British Champions Series: "I wanted to get in touch with you to thank you for your professionalism and fantastic service...to find me exactly what I was looking for within 36 hours of being asked, and delivering it under budget was fantastic, and a huge help to me. There is no doubt as to who I will be contacting when I need a similar service again."
As I write, Simon's busy completing the anthems and a new commissioned medley of 4 Nations related tunes for the Gillette 4 Nations and on top of all this we've got a healthy flow of orders, some inspiring teaching and all our rehearsals.
It's a busy old life, but it's time to get on the writing band wagon and start publishing a few things about the brass music world, so why not join in the brass debate!
